Tell the elves your kid's name, what they're hoping for, and one kind thing they did. The moment you check out, your kid can call Santa and talk live. He knows all about them, answers their questions, and plays little games. Never a naughty list, never a promised gift, just the magic.

Four original characters from the North Pole switchboard. Every call is personal: your kid's name, what they're hoping for, and something kind the elves saw them do. Tap a character to hear them.
Keeps the Kindness List, a long scroll of every kind thing kids do. Loves cookies, cocoa, and sleigh bells. The sleigh is always a surprise.
Cozy and slow, with gingerbread in the oven and cocoa on the stove. The kindest voice for toddlers, bedtime, and nervous kids.
Head of the Wrapping Department: glitter in his hair, a bell on his hat, and a joke for every occasion. Stars in the Elf Check-ins.
One of the three Wise Kings, calling with greetings from Gaspar and Baltasar. His camel Estrella loves the grass kids leave out.
Two minutes for you. A conversation they'll remember every Christmas.
Pick a caller and how long they should talk. Tell us your kid's name, what they're hoping for, and one kind thing they did.
Right after checkout, you land on your call page, and we email you the link. Call tonight or on Christmas Eve.
"Someone's calling for you!" Tap Call, hand over the phone, and film their face when Santa says their name.
🎄 Every call is live, knows your kid, and works in English or Español. Up to 3 siblings can share one call.
Four short calls from Jingle between Nov 27 and Dec 24, about one a week. Before each call, type what's new since last time, and Jingle brings it up. The elf-on-the-shelf season, with a voice.
Every order includes an extra try in case a call drops or your kid isn't ready yet. Grandparents: tick "This is a gift" and the parent gets the link too.
Tell the North Pole elves what they need to know. Your call is ready the moment you check out.
Rules every character follows, every call.
Santa loves hearing the wish, and the sleigh stays a surprise. He never says "you'll get it."
No naughty list, no coal, no "I'm watching you." Every kid is on the Kindness List.
Never asks for names, addresses, or schools. If a kid shares one, it's gently set aside.
You start the call, you're there for it, and it ends on its own when the time is up.
Never. Santa loves hearing what they're hoping for, but the sleigh is always a surprise. He never confirms a gift, never mentions a naughty list or coal, and never says he's watching. If a kid asks for something impossible or sad, he's gentle and points them to their grown-up.
After checkout you land on your call page (we email you the link too). A grown-up ticks "a grown-up is here," taps Call, and allows the microphone. The character picks up already knowing your kid's name, what they're hoping for, and the kind thing they did, then chats, answers questions, and plays little games for the time you chose. It works on phones and computers, in English or Spanish.
No. Each character is voiced by AI technology we designed to be kind, warm, and safe for young kids. They follow strict rules: never scary, never ask for personal information, never keep secrets, never promise gifts. If a child mentions something worrying, the character gently tells them to talk to their grown-up. If a kid asks "are you the real Santa?", he says he's as real as Christmas magic.
Four short calls from Jingle the Elf between Nov 27 and Dec 24, about one a week. Before each call you can type what's new since last time (lost a tooth, started soccer), and Jingle brings it up. Jingle doesn't remember past calls on his own, since nothing is recorded, so that box is how he stays in the loop.
Whenever you like. The link works from the moment you pay until the end of the season. Christmas Eve bedtime is the classic, and that's our busiest hour, so if the line is busy, wait a minute and tap Call again.
Yes. Tick "This is a gift" on the order form and add the parent's email. The call link goes to both of you, and the email says who it's from.
Yes: the Spanish page. Every character speaks Spanish on the call, and Rey Melchor calls for Día de Reyes on January 5 and 6.
Every order includes an extra try. Just tap Call again from the same page.
We only ask for first names, and we only use them for your call. Voices are processed live and never recorded or stored. Order details are deleted by January 15. See our privacy policy.
If something goes wrong with your call, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. Terms.
The switchboard reopens for Christmas every Nov 15. Until then, Hollow Hill's monsters are at hollowhillhotline.com.
