A personalized, pre-recorded digital "phone call" video (MP4) and audio file (MP3) from a Hollow Hill character, delivered to the email you provide. It is not a live phone call. Characters are voiced with AI voice technology. Every order goes through automated kid-safety checks, and flagged orders are reviewed by a person before delivery.
Standard orders are delivered within 24 hours of purchase, usually the same day. Rush orders are delivered within 2 hours when placed between 8am and 10pm Eastern Time. Rush orders placed outside those hours are delivered by 10am ET. Last orders: October 31, 2026 at 5pm ET (Rush until 8pm ET).
It's yours for personal, non-commercial use: play it, save it, share it with family, post your kid's reaction. The characters, artwork, and voices belong to Hollow Hill Hotline. Please don't resell them or use them commercially.
Please keep order details kind and kid-appropriate. We may edit or decline anything that isn't (with a full refund). You confirm you're the child's parent or guardian, or you have their permission.
If we mispronounce a name or make a mistake with your details, reply to your delivery email and we'll redo it free. If we can't make it right, or we miss our delivery promise, we'll refund you in full. Because each call is custom-made, we can't refund a call that was delivered as ordered.
The service is provided as-is for entertainment. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
