Questions

Is it scary?

Nope. Hollow Hill is spooky-silly, never scary. No threats, no jump scares, nobody "coming to get you." The ghost is shy, the witch is a grandma, the vampire is sleepy, and the swamp monster sat on a pumpkin once. If your kid is sensitive, Wendell is the gentlest.

Is it a real phone call?

It's a video that looks and sounds like an incoming call: the phone rings, the character "picks up," and talks to your kid by name. You play it on your phone, so it works anywhere, anytime, as many times as you want, and you can save it forever.

How fast will I get it?

Usually within 30 minutes, and always within 24 hours. Your call appears right on your confirmation page, and we email you the link. Rush guarantees it within 2 hours (8am–10pm ET). Last orders Oct 31 at 5pm ET (Rush until 8pm).

What if you say my kid's name wrong?

Use the "how to say it" box for tricky names. If we still get it wrong, reply to your delivery email and we'll redo it free.

What do you do with my information?

We only ask for first names, and we only use them to make your call. Every order, script, and recording is deleted by November 15. We never sell or share anything. See our privacy policy.

Can grandparents, aunts, uncles, and teachers order?

Absolutely. Just make sure you have the parent's OK. We'll email the call to you so you can send it along.

How are the calls made?

Each call is written from our story templates and voiced with AI voice technology we designed for each character. Every call goes through automatic kid-safety filters and a name check, and anything unusual is held for a person to review before it goes out.

Refunds?

If something's wrong with your call, we'll fix it or refund you. Just reply to your delivery email. Terms.
