What we collect
- From you (the grown-up): your email address and your payment, which is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- About the child: only what you type in the order form: first name, how to pronounce it, age, costume, something they did, and an optional favor. We never ask for last names, addresses, schools, photos, or anything that identifies a child.
How we use it
Only to write, record, and deliver your call, and to email you about your order. We use AI voice technology (ElevenLabs) to voice the characters. Order details are sent to it only to create your recording.
How long we keep it
We delete every order, script, and recording by November 15, 2026. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law. If you want your order deleted sooner, email us and we'll do it within 48 hours.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
- We never contact the child. Calls are delivered to you, the adult, only.
- We never post your call or your child's reaction anywhere without your written permission.
Children
Hollow Hill Hotline is for parents, guardians, and other adults with a parent's permission. It is not directed to children, and children should not place orders. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
